I used JKT to complete excavation, regrading and also a full rural driveway rebuild. They did way beyond my expectations. Their skill level is 10 out of 10. The work was carefully done protecting the parts of my property I didn't' want touched. The driveway looks fantastic! These guys made a crumbly dirt driveway look and feel almost like asphalt I will be using them again without hesitation.

JKT did an outstanding job on three projects at my home. Jake worked diligently and patiently with me in working out a plan for a drainage swale along the driveway and did a great job implementing the plan. His skills are top notch. Jake also installed a culvert under the drive and resurfaced the entire drive which was extensive. I am very happy with the outcome. Jake does first rate work and is easy to communicate with. JKT has done work for us on more than one occasion at various properties we manage. Most recently he redid all the reclaim and driveway repair getting rid of all the pot holes into a beautifully flat reclaimed surface. Brought new life to my wooded property -cleared, stumped, graded and seeded. Jacob did an outstanding job transforming my wooded property into a pasture for my horses. From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship were second to none. He did a phenomenal job even added a stone wall, cleaned up the site when finished and takes obvious pride in doing the job right. Jacob took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with the plan before work began. The transformation was incredible and the overall look is exactly what I had envisioned (actually better). Jacob worked efficiently without cutting any corners, keeping the jobs site clean and stayed right on schedule. I booked my project in the summer to be completed by the spring, signed the contract and sent my deposit that simple! Jacob is prompt,and attentive to detail and very reasonably priced. I’ve been working with JKT exclusively since the first time I hired him a few years ago. He has an awesome work ethic and is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He has installed a new driveway and commercial parking lot and an extensive new lawn area at my event venue. He continued with walkways and a 34 x 34 patio. Jake’s skill and knowledge is exceptional and he works quickly and with such detail, that it always amazes me how great the project looks in such a short time. That is pure skill with the equipment and dedication to the customer.
